I thought I remembered my password, but it doesn't seem to be working!?

99% of password problems are caused by a mistake in capitalization. Our authentication program is CaSE sEnsITivE, so you always need to enter your username and password with the same lowercase and UPPERCASE letters that you used when you first registered. If that still doesn't fix the problem, we can email you your correct codes; just use our Password Help page.

I'd like a camp job. Can you please send me some information?

Rather than send out information about camps, we give folks the chance to learn about camps through our Website. The key to it all is the registration process (which is free and takes just a few minutes). Once you're registered, contacting camps is as easy as finding them by searching our browsing our camp database. Enter your criteria into the search form, or browse through entire categories of camps (eg East Coast, Sleep-Away). Then click on the camp name to find out more information and/or check out their Website. If you're interested, just click on the "Submit My Information To This Camp" button at the bottom of the camp info-page. That's it!

How do I get myself taken out of the staff database?

As soon as you are no longer seeking summer camp employment, please take a minute to remove yourself from our database. Just fill out the simple removal form. This is an incredibly important part of the process. This will ensure that you won't receive unwanted recruiting letters from other camps. It is also only fair to other job candidates, and it is necessary in order for us to deliver a high-quality service to our camp clients. Thank you for your cooperation.
